More Than an Exhibition: Our Experience at HLPAK Kenya 2026

Every hospitality professional attends an industry event hoping to discover something valuable: a new idea, a new connection, or a new solution.

HLPAK Housekeeping and Laundry Professionals Association 2026 delivered all three.

As Gold Sponsors, Clique had the privilege of engaging with hospitality professionals from across Kenya and the wider East African region, including Executive Housekeepers, Laundry Managers, General Managers, Room Division Managers, educators, and healthcare representatives.

While we expected strong interest in our housekeeping solutions, what stood out most was the quality of the conversations. Sustainability, product performance, operational efficiency, and the practical challenges facing hospitality teams were recurring themes throughout the event.

Many visitors arrived at our stand familiar with Clique’s housekeeping portfolio but were pleasantly surprised by the breadth and evolution of our products and services. Conversations that began with linen and amenities quickly expanded into discussions around crockery, glassware, buffetware, and our ability to provide complete hospitality solutions. There was particular interest in our improved linen quality, expanded room accessories range, refillable dispenser solutions, and the new Eco Rapido dispenser system, reflecting the industry’s growing focus on sustainability, durability, and operational efficiency.

For us, that was one of the most rewarding outcomes of the event.

Beyond showcasing products, HLPAK created opportunities to strengthen relationships, exchange ideas, and better understand the priorities shaping hospitality across the region. Conversations with industry leaders reinforced the importance of innovation, sustainability, and strategic partnerships in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
